Thought it may help others who do not have a good idea about how they want their classes set up.

I have recently gone off the ak74u since they patched it to give it more recoil and have moved to the famas, it does less damage but has a high rate of fire which makes up for that.

My Class:

Perk 1: Flak Jacket (until i started to use it I didn't expect how useful it would be...
Perk 2: Warlord Pro (for the extra Tactical and Lethal nades)
Perk 3: Hacker (I have Flak Jacket but still like to know if the enemy are running motion sensors, also helps to work out where enemies are if they have ghost on...)

Primary: Famas w/ Red dot (green with small cross-hairs) and dual mags (for the extra ammunition (I need this as I usually run at least one high killstreak e.g. Dogs)

Secondary:RPG (I do not need something with more ammo like a pistol as I have dual mags equipped)

Lethal Grenade: Semtex (even more fun with warlord pro)
Tactical Grenade: Concussion (beats flash with pull speed and also kills recently downed enemies with second chance on)

Equipment: Claymore (I usually play Demolition so my main concern is with Protecting the objective, and a claymore will help with that when I have my back turned)

Killstreaks: Spy Plane
Attack Helicopter
Attack Dogs

I tend to run:
Silenced Galil
RPG (LAW if i haven't unlocked it yet)

Hardline Pro (I use Care Packs A lot so I like the switch ability)
Sleight Of Hand
Hacker (Just have to avoid claymores, better than MW2s sitrep anyday)

Semtex
Flashbangs
Claymore (motuion sensor to get the challenges for hacker pro)

Killstreaks:
Spy Plane
SAM Turret
Care Package

since i got my sexy turtle beach i like using

galil silenced ( fast, powerfull and lots of ammo) or enfeild silenced ( good enough rate of fire, pretty powerfull, accurate.)
makarov extra mags ( my most used 2nd- dary)

grenade ( acurate, bouncy, much more fun and deadly than sentex)
stun ( good old stun makes sure u get 2 kills that add up to ure kill streaks ;D )
jammer ( since i aint got hacker this makes sure any claymore in the green field are down) or motion sensor ( its good for those maps like summit, small, cramped. so you can be aware of enemies coming.)

i always have trouble with blue perk since they all good in their way.
so it all depends on what u want to be, a sneak, rusher, surviver, camper, prepared.

orange perks i would say sleight of hand pro for those close quarter fights, steady ai if its a big make like discovery.

Green perks: ninja pro goes so sexy with ma turtle beach it does wonders i tell u. if no sexy headset is in you possecion marathon or hacker would do.
